La historia de la familia Jofre en el mundo de los churros comienza en 1915 en Cass\u00e0 de la Selva, un peque\u00f1o pueblo de las comarcas gerundenses, donde la familia Jofre-Lloveras resid\u00eda, compaginando la gesti\u00f3n de una f\u00e1brica de tapones de corcho con una empresa de ferias, incluyendo atracciones para ni\u00f1os y churrer\u00edas. Esta tradici\u00f3n familiar, que abarc\u00f3 las festividades mayores y mercados de Girona, marca el inicio de una historia que supera el siglo de existencia.<\/span><\/p>

La evoluci\u00f3n de la familia en este sector llev\u00f3 a Luis y Joan, hijos de los fundadores, a trasladarse a Olot, estableciendo all\u00ed su n\u00facleo de operaciones. Con el tiempo, la tercera generaci\u00f3n continu\u00f3 expandiendo la presencia en las ferias de la regi\u00f3n, manteniendo la esencia de la churrer\u00eda junto a innovaciones que revitalizaron el negocio.<\/span><\/p>

El 2009 signific\u00f3 un antes y un despu\u00e9s con la apertura del primer local comercial en Sant Feliu de Gu\u00edxols, dando un giro modernista al concepto de churrer\u00eda. Este paso consolid\u00f3 a la empresa y defini\u00f3 un nuevo modelo de negocio que, en 2016, se reforz\u00f3 con la inauguraci\u00f3n del establecimiento en Playa de Aro, una zona de alto tr\u00e1fico tur\u00edstico, estableciendo la primera churrer\u00eda en un importante corredor comercial.<\/span><\/p>
